Spring Hill Design has been providing architectural services since 1997 for Community Housing Resource, Inc., the largest provider (public, private, non-profit, or government entity) of affordable housing on the Outer Cape. Projects include: Henshe Lane, Old Ann Page Way, Nelson Avenue, Stable Path, Sally's Way, Conwell Street, Gull Pond, Shank Painter Road, and The Meadows. Projects in progress include, Banks Street (affordable and market rate homes) and Paine Hollow (affordable rental housing for the town of Wellfleet).
